So far you know exactly how much school will cost you, how much money your parents can contribute, and how much you will need to pay for. The question you need to ask yourself is “Do my wants match my reality?”
This is where you need to start making adjustments to your college expense plans. You need to decide what is most important to you. Maybe living at home a little longer now seems like a good idea. Or perhaps that study abroad program should be put off for a little while. Maybe spring break doesn’t need to be in Cancun.
Cutting back on non-essentials will significantly reduce the cost of your education.
